Role Summary

Provides direct nursing care, implements and monitors patient care plans, communicates patient condition, coordinates interdisciplinary care, carries out physician and nursing orders, and supports discharge planning. The role requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a stressful environment.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Med Surg / Telemetry (1 year of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS
Driver's License
