Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Develop treatment plans to improve swallowing, cognitive, and communication abilities, and to decrease aspirations.
Create communication treatment plans to help individuals better understand and be understood by others.
Lead, guide, and direct the delivery of speech language pathology and audiology services in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations and facility policies.
Provide appropriate care and services to residents in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.

Minimum 1 year of Speech and Language Pathology (SLP) experience (highest required years of experience).
Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings is required.
Must hold a valid, unrestricted Missouri State License for SLP (Compact license allowed).
Must be a CCC certified SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
Valid driver’s license.
Knowledge of skilled nursing home regulations, procedures, laws, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.
Will accept one professional reference at time of submission.
