Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RN) - Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Location: Gilbert, Arizona
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Key Requirements

• License:

  • Active Arizona or Compact RN license required at time of submission
  • Nursys background check must show no hits on license
  • Candidates with an Arizona driver's license on their driver's license will not be considered

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 24 months (2 years) of current Intensive Care Unit (ICU) experience required

• Certifications:

  • American Heart Association (AHA) ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - active
  • American Heart Association (AHA) BLS (Basic Life Support) - active
  • Certifications from American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted

• Vaccinations:

  • Flu vaccination required (declinations can be applied for)
  • Vaccination status must be included in submission notes

• Other Requirements:

  • Skills checklist specific to ICU discipline must be completed
  • Resume must include all facilities worked at, facility size, bed count, trauma level, and units
  • Banner Cover Page must be completely filled out
  • Return to Office (RTO) requests will not be approved within the first week or on holidays and cannot exceed 7 days
  • Must comply with Banner’s specific background and compliance requirements

• Travel Experience:

  • Prior travel experience is preferred but not required

Additional Information

• Learning modules must be completed prior to the start of the assignment
• Non-billable hours adjusted to 16 hours per assignment
• Assignments may be canceled with 7 days written notice without penalty

This position is ideal for experienced ICU RNs who meet the licensing and certification requirements and are open to a temporary assignment in Gilbert, AZ.
