Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Clinic (Days)

Job Description

• Provide nursing care in an outpatient clinical environment using nursing process and critical thinking.
• Assess, plan, organize, provide, and evaluate patient care.
• Work primarily in a family medicine/primary care setting.
• Must note and verify any requested time off (RTO) at the time of application; no more than 5 days of RTO allowed.
• Own transportation is required due to limited public transit options.
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience.
• Current primary care or ambulatory care experience is mandatory.
• Experience with patients of all ages.
• Clinical office experience required.
• Phone triage experience required.
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical records system required.
• Current New Hampshire LPN license or Compact license must be uploaded with application.
• Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Work history and skills checklist relevant to LPN/clinic role, current within 1 year, must be documented.
• One supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel nursing experience preferred.

• No call or call-back responsibilities for this position.
• No holiday or overtime multipliers applicable.
