Registered Nurse (RN) - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) (Nights)

Location: Sioux City, Iowa
Employment Type: Temporary
Shift: Nights
Hours per Day: 12
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Provide professional and clinical nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
Patient types include Cardiac, Trauma, and Neuro.
Electronic Medical Record system used: EPIC.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
Licenses/Certifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support).
- BLS (Basic Life Support).
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support).
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention).
EPIC experience required.
TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) preferred; required if extending contract.
Valid Driver’s License.

Orientation

Orientation sessions available on multiple dates from June through December.

Additional Information

First-time travelers are welcome.
Typical workweek: 36-40 hours; overtime applies after 40 hours.
May include holiday and on-call shifts with applicable multipliers.
Night shift with 12-hour shifts.
