Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Madera, California
• Pediatric respiratory unit where kids may be on ventilators
• 13-week contract
• Day shift: 3x11.5 hours, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
• Start dates: 1/5 or 1/19

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in California
• Pediatric Med Surg (2 years of experience)
• Pediatric Med Surg experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Military Training Network or Heart & Stroke of Canada
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Pediatrics experience

Preferred

• Charge RN or above as a reference
• COVID vaccination
• TNCC

Notes

• Facility may allow the traveler to start with transcript/diploma or education verification pending
• Facility may allow the traveler to start with fit test or respirator clearance pending if needed
• Flu vaccine may be given onsite at no cost if not already completed
