Case Manager

Role Overview

  • Travel/Contract case management role in an acute care facility.
  • Start date: ASAP.
  • Floating expectation: No.
  • Schedule: Day shift, 5x8 hours, 8:00–16:30.
  • Hours: 40 per week.
  • Ratios: 1:20.
  • Weekend requirement: weekend rotation plus meet department needs.
  • First-time travelers accepted.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in California
  • Case Management (1 year of experience)
  • Case Management experience within the last year
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Experience in a(n) Acute Care setting

Preferred Qualifications

  • None stated.

Additional Notes

  • RTO restriction: no more than 7 days.
  • Scrub color: scrubs or business attire.
