Locals not accepted; local radius is 75 miles

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Oklahoma
ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or RQI or American Safety and Health Institute
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or RQI or American Safety and Health Institute
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or RQI or American Safety and Health Institute
NIHSS
Drivers License/State ID required
7-year work history verification required
Complete application/resume required
Unit-specific skills checklist required annually
Clear headshot required for badge
Physical exam within 12 months of start
Fit test required within 1 year of start
Adult TDAP vaccine required within 10 years of start
Negative TB or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
TB questionnaire required within 90 days of start for positive TB results
Rubeola, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, varicella, and flu season documentation or vaccination requirements apply
Negative 10-panel drug screen within 90 days of start
Background check, education verification, fingerprinting, and required internal compliance verifications apply
