Job Overview

• Travel/contract RN role in Harvey, Illinois
• Day shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
• 13-week assignment
• 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Illinois
• Nursery (1 year of experience)
• Nursery experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Required Certifications

• NURSYS verification
• State license verification

Other Required Documentation and Health Screening

• Photo for badge
• Orientation modules before start
• Physical exam within 1 year, updated annually
• Fit mask within 1 year of start
• Tetanus/diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years or declination
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
• Drug screen within 30 days of start
• COVID-19 exemption forms only if requesting an exemption
• Influenza exemption forms only if requesting an exemption

Notes

• NRP is recommended for nursery roles
• ACLS is not required for this specialty
• PALS, TNCC, EFM, NIH Stroke Certification, and CPI are only required for specific units or roles, not this one
