Job Overview

Travel/contract role in West Hollywood, California
13-week assignment
Day shift: 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
Case Management (3 years of experience)
Case Management experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience in a(n) Acute Care setting
Acute Hospital Case Management Experience
Flu vaccination required; no exemptions allowed

Additional Notes

No weekend, floating, or on-call requirement
EPIC is highly preferred
No scheduling requests can be accommodated

Compliance / Onboarding

Government-issued photo ID required
2 professional references required, including 1 supervisory reference
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Fit test within 1 year, updated annually
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
Hepatitis B documentation required
MMR immunity documentation required for measles, mumps, and rubella
Varicella immunity documentation required
Drug screening required within 1 year of start
Lab work must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract
Background check and education verification required
Photo for badge required
Signed facility acknowledgements and policies required
Modules required prior to start
