PACU Nurse

Job Overview

  • Travel/contract role in San Francisco, California
  • Day shift: 5x8 hours, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
  • 40 hours per week
  • Contract length: 11 weeks
  • Ability to float to other facilities is required

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in California
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing
  • PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (2 years of experience)
  • PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
  • Experience in an Outpatient setting
  • Phase II Recovery experience
  • Pre-operative and post-operative experience with ability to float between phases
  • Teaching hospital experience
  • Pediatrics PACU - Post Anesthetic Care experience
  • Completed references must be available at time of submission

Required Certifications

  • AHA BLS
  • AHA ACLS
  • AHA PALS

Preferred Certifications

  • CPAN
  • CAPA
