Job Overview
- Travel/contract role in Jacksonville, Florida
- Day shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- 12-week contract
- Rotational call required
- Local candidates are accepted if they have strong lead experience
Required Qualifications
- Valid Radiation Therapist license in Florida
- Radiation Therapist (3 years of experience)
- Radiation Therapist experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada
- Experience in Leadership roles
- CT Technologist experience
Compliance and Onboarding
- Background check required within 30 days of start and updated annually
- AHCA Level II fingerprint clearance must be on file before start
- Education verification required
- Transcript or diploma required if education verification fails or is delayed
- Photo ID required
- Social Security card required only if used as supporting I-9 documentation
- Orientation and onboarding forms must be completed promptly before first day access
- Orientation is held on Mondays and Wednesdays
Health and Screening Requirements
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Tdap vaccine within 10 years
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 90 days of start, then annually
- Negative 9-panel drug screen within 45 days of start, then annually
- Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity documentation required
- Flu vaccination or approved exemption required during flu season
