Radiology Manager

Job Overview

  • Travel/contract role in Jacksonville, Florida
  • Day shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
  • 12-week contract
  • Rotational call required
  • Local candidates are accepted if they have strong lead experience

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Radiation Therapist license in Florida
  • Radiation Therapist (3 years of experience)
  • Radiation Therapist experience within the last year
  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada
  • BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada
  • PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada
  • Experience in Leadership roles
  • CT Technologist experience

Compliance and Onboarding

  • Background check required within 30 days of start and updated annually
  • AHCA Level II fingerprint clearance must be on file before start
  • Education verification required
  • Transcript or diploma required if education verification fails or is delayed
  • Photo ID required
  • Social Security card required only if used as supporting I-9 documentation
  • Orientation and onboarding forms must be completed promptly before first day access
  • Orientation is held on Mondays and Wednesdays

Health and Screening Requirements

  • Physical exam within 1 year of start
  • Tdap vaccine within 10 years
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 90 days of start, then annually
  • Negative 9-panel drug screen within 45 days of start, then annually
  • Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity documentation required
  • Flu vaccination or approved exemption required during flu season

  • Lead experience is emphasized for this role
  • Call is on a rotational basis
