Required Qualifications

• Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in California
• Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
• 1 year of Cath Lab Technologist experience
• Experience with Epic
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Additional Compliance Requirements

• Background check required within 30 days of start
• EPLS/GSA/SAM screening required within 30 days of start
• HHS/OIG screening required within 30 days of start
• Drug test required within 30 days before start
• Physical exam required within 90 days of start
• TB screening required within 30 days of start and updated annually
• Tdap vaccination within 10 years or positive titer required
• Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity documentation required through positive titer, vaccination, or declination as specified
• Hepatitis B immunity documentation required through positive titer, series, or signed declination
• Color blind testing required
• Fit testing required
• Annual vaccinations required as a condition of employment, with medical and religious exemptions allowed where applicable
• Signed facility compliance documents required before start
