- Hours: 36 per week
- Contract length: 17 weeks
- Contract end requirement: All contracts must extend through January 2, 2027
Role Summary
- Critical care float pool RN role
- Float to a variety of ICU and critical care units based on staffing and patient acuity
- Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Critical Care Float (2 years of experience)
- Critical Care Float experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- IV Start capability
- Telemetry experience
- Ventilator management experience
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience
- Neuro ICU experience
- SICU - Surgical Intensive Care experience
- CVICU experience
- MICU - Medical Intensive Care Unit experience
- Experience with Epic
Preferred
- Previous travel nursing experience
Additional Notes
- EPIC proficiency is required
- Annual stroke education may apply based on unit assignment
- Parking is available for travelers at additional cost
