Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Dayton, Ohio
• Night shift: 4x12 hours, 19:00–7:30
• 13-week contract
• Must be able to work a minimum of every other holiday
• Fast-paced ICU treating neurological diseases and disorders, seizures, and strokes; also treats overflow ICU patients from Medical Surgical ICU and Heart and Vascular ICU

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Ohio
• Neuro ICU (2 years of experience)
• Neuro ICU experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Stroke experience
• Experience with Epic

Floating

• First to float at discretion
• May float in and out of the specialty cluster
• If assigned to MVH, floating includes Main Campus (Dayton), South Campus (Centerville), and North Campus (Englewood)

Scheduling Notes

• Traveler must be available to work every other weekend/holiday
• No RTO will be added after offer; request RTO with initial submittal
• Manager discretion applies to RTO approval
• 2 shifts may be canceled due to low census per 13-week contract
• Contract may be canceled with 2 weeks’ notice without fee or fine
