Shift and Hours

• Day shift, 5 days a week (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
• 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week

Requirements/Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• Minimum 2 years of acute hospital case management experience, including case management experience within the last year
• At least one completed travel assignment
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Harassment Prevention Training Certificate
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Experience with Epic system

Additional Requirements

• Government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License or State ID)
• Background check within 6 months of start, including criminal and nationwide searches
• Physical exam within 1 year confirming ability to meet essential job functions
• Negative TB test or chest x-ray within 1 year (with additional requirements if history of positive TB)
• Drug screening within 1 year of start (specific drug panel required)
• Mandatory seasonal flu vaccination documentation during flu season
• Professional references: 2 supervisory references verified within 1 year of start
• Photo for badge meeting strict facility requirements (passport-style photo)
• Fire safety card required within 30 days of start (facility-specific training provided onsite)
• Medication competency exam and EKG competency exam required within 3 days of start (not required for case management role)
• Compliance with facility-specific policies including code of conduct, attendance, job hazard analysis, and social media policy
• No scheduling requests can be accommodated
• No weekend, floating, or on-call requirements
