Work Schedule
- Day shift, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (5 days a week, 8 hours per day)
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week
- Occasional weekend work may be required
Patient Load & Case Types
- Average 5-7 patients per day (to be confirmed during interview)
- Geriatric cases
Territory & Travel
- Coverage limited to Silver Bow County within a 60-mile radius from the office/hub
- No travel over the pass/continental divide
- Flexibility with territory expected
- Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate
- Locals accepted at travel rate
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Montana
- Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS certification required
- Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
- Experience with OASIS
Additional Requirements
- Timely documentation and communication required
- Dress code: scrubs of any color; jeans not allowed
- Cell phone use not permitted; iPad provided for work use
