Home Health Registered Nurse

13 weeks

Work Schedule

Day shift, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (5 days a week, 8 hours per day)
Guaranteed 40 hours per week
Occasional weekend work may be required

Patient Load & Case Types

Average 5-7 patients per day (to be confirmed during interview)
Geriatric cases

Territory & Travel

Coverage limited to Silver Bow County within a 60-mile radius from the office/hub
No travel over the pass/continental divide
Flexibility with territory expected
Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate
Locals accepted at travel rate

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Montana
Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS certification required
Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
Experience with OASIS

Additional Requirements

Timely documentation and communication required
Dress code: scrubs of any color; jeans not allowed
Cell phone use not permitted; iPad provided for work use
