Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (House Supervisor)

Location: Sunnyside, Washington

Required Experience & Licensure

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Current Washington RN license (or compact license with additional requirements)
• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required

Certifications Required

• BLS (Basic Life Support) - AHA only
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - AHA only
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - AHA only
• Additional certifications may be required depending on unit (e.g., NRP, TNCC, STABLE)

Job Description

• Role: House Supervisor
• Must have licensure in hand at start
• Common for RNs to be required to have ACLS, BLS, and PALS due to facility size

Background & Compliance Requirements

• 10-year criminal background check including SSN trace, alias/name changes, statewide and national checks
• EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks within 30 days of start
• Education verification and diploma/transcript copy required
• Washington State Patrol (WSP/WATCH) search required within 30 days of start
• Employment application and 3 recent employment references required

Health & Immunization Requirements

• Physical exam with physician’s statement within 1 year of start
• Fit testing for N95 mask performed onsite (required for certain locations)
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap vaccine or signed declination
• Negative TB test (QGold or T-SPOT) within 30 days of start; chest X-ray if positive
• Annual TB questionnaire
• Immunity or vaccination for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella
• Drug screen within 30 days of start (10-panel, no instant tests accepted)
• Seasonal flu vaccination required by November 1 (declination accepted with mask requirement)

Facility Specific Requirements

• Photo for badge (headshot on plain white background)
• Completion of Code of Conduct Acknowledgement and Confidentiality Agreements prior to start
• Completion of new employee information and onboarding documents
• Fit test onsite after orientation
• Professional Assault Crisis Training (ProAct) required within 6 months if working in Behavioral Health

This position requires a well-qualified RN with at least 2 years of experience, current licensure, and multiple certifications. Compliance with extensive background checks, health screenings, and facility-specific documentation is mandatory.
