Cath Lab/IR cases primarily; may float to EP if Cath Lab/IR cases are low (EP experience preferred)
General Skills: IV Starts, EKGs
IR/Angio/Special Procedures: Stents, Angioplasty, Angiograms, Paracentesis, Thoracentesis
Must be STEMI ready
IABP and Impella training required

Minimum 2 years of experience in a STEMI/PCI facility (minimum experience required: 2 years)
Must have ARRT certification in hand at time of application
Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT
Ohio Department of Health (ODH) License required for Radiology/Cardiology discipline
Prior travel experience is not explicitly required

Background Check: 7-year history within 12 months of start, including SS trace, county searches, nationwide, sex offender, and international (if applicable)
Fingerprinting: Ohio BCI and FBI fingerprint results required within 12 months of start; must be updated annually
Education Verification: Highest level verified; international candidates may submit diploma and license verification if third-party verification unavailable
Physical Exam: Physician statement within last 12 months (latex-free PPE available)
Fit Mask: N95 fit test required within 12 months of start and updated annually (onsite exceptions possible)
Immunizations & Health:
- Tdap within 10 years or TD if proof of prior Tdap
- Negative TB test (PPD, QGold, or TSPOT) within 3 months of start, updated annually
- MMR (Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella) - positive titer, 2 vaccines, or approved exemption
- Hepatitis B series, positive titer, or declination
- Varicella - positive titer, 2 vaccines, or approved exemption
- Flu vaccination or approved exemption required during flu season
Drug Testing: Negative 10-panel drug screen within 12 months of start (instant acceptable unless on prescription)
References: 2 professional references within 2 years of start; at least 1 from a leader (Charge RN or above)
Skills Checklist: Required for all candidates

Radiation badges issued by facility as applicable
Must comply with facility dress code
Medication and competency exams may be required as applicable
Must meet or exceed required competency exam scores (e.g., Dysrhythmia/EKG competency for RNs if applicable)
