Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Job Description

• General Medical/Surgical Telemetry with a focus on cardiac care.
• Unit frequently manages structural heart patients.
• Shift rotation is approximately 50/50 between day and night shifts.
• No on-call responsibilities.
• Typical schedule: one week of days followed by one week of nights per pay period. Shift changes within the same week are not required unless requested.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 1 year telemetry experience, with telemetry experience within the last year.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).

• Completion of required training and competency assessments related to patient care policies, skin integrity, mobility, catheter care, cardiac procedures, and interdisciplinary plans of care.
• Two professional references required within 3 years of start date (for travel, allied, or per diem acute care roles).

• Facility will provide first week’s schedule and direct contact for facility-specific documents within 48 hours of start date.
