Schedule & Work Details

Block schedule required: Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
No floating between units
No on-call required
No weekends required
Expected patient ratio: 1:1

Required Qualifications

Valid MRI Technologist license in Oregon
Minimum of 1 year of experience as an MRI Technologist
MRI Technologist experience within the last year

Compliance & Background Requirements

Background check within 45 days of start, covering all locations lived/worked in the past 7 years
Education verification required
Drug screening: 10-panel drug screen within 90 days of start (no instant tests)
Physical exam within 1 year of start, signed by MD, NP, PA, or DO
Immunizations and health documents required:
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (within 10 years or declination)
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination or positive titer
- Hepatitis B vaccination or signed declination
- Varicella vaccination or positive titer
- Seasonal flu vaccine or declination (required during flu season)
- COVID vaccine or declination
Respirator clearance required annually for travel candidates
Fit mask testing required (3M 1860, 1860S, 1870+ or regionally approved alternatives)

Training & Competency Requirements

Completion of required WorkRamp modules prior to start, including:
- Annual regulatory requirements
- Specialty-specific modules for Oregon
- Facility-specific modules as applicable
Medication test/pharmacology competency exam as applicable
Competency exams and skills checklists as required by unit and specialty
Epic system training modules completion required

References & Employment History

Minimum of 2 references covering at least 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
Employment application covering at least the last 5 years of employment with explanations for any gaps or overlaps

Additional Notes

Badge photo required (passport style with neutral background)
Floating policy acknowledgment may be required (may float to other nearby facilities)
No weekend or on-call shifts expected
No prior travel experience required for this position
