Job Opportunity: Dietitian

Location: Chicago, Illinois
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 5 days a week, 8 hours per day
Start Time: 7 AM or 8 AM start
Weekend Requirement: Remote rotating weekends once per month
Start Date: ASAP

Job Description

Pediatric dietitian experience required, specifically NICU experience.
Illinois dietitian license required.
CNSC certification preferred but not required.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) license in Illinois.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.
Recent experience working as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist within the last year.
Experience working with pediatric patients.
State license verification.

Additional Information

Must complete facility-specific compliance checklists and online training modules prior to orientation.
Badge photo required 2 weeks prior to start.
Flu exemption forms must be submitted by specified deadlines if applicable.
N95 mask fit testing required within 1 year of start.
