Job Description
Provide professional nursing care to acutely ill adult patients and those requiring emergent or elective surgery on a Medical Surgical unit. The unit emphasizes high standards of care delivered by registered nurses and nurse assistants. Specialty certification in Medical Surgical Nursing is strongly encouraged and supported.
Required Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Medical Surgical nursing (based on specialty requirements)
Additional Information
- Specialty certification in Medical Surgical Nursing is strongly encouraged
- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position

Someone tried to walk into my hotel room while I was sleeping and had the do not disturb sign on the door. Very creepy.
