Job Description

  • Provide occupational therapy services in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.
  • Utilize Rehab Optima (NetHealth) computer system for documentation and workflow.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in California.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
  • Experience within the last year as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
  • Experience in a Post Acute setting.
