Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week)
Patient Care Setting: Home Health
Shift: Day shift
On Call/Weekend Requirement: Yes
Mileage Reimbursement: Yes, reimbursed between visits from first to last patient

Provide skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) visits in a home health setting
Perform clinical skills including wound vac management, PICC line care, pleurx catheter care, wound care, and other skilled nursing tasks
Meet productivity expectations (30 points)

Valid LPN/LVN license in Texas
Minimum of 1 year of home health experience, including experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Associate’s Degree minimum educational requirement
Experience with PICC line care
Experience with pleurx catheter care
