CT Tech Travel Position - Atlantis, Florida

Unit Information

• Location: JFK Main Unit
• Number of Beds: 24
• Staffing: 14 total staff including Radiologists, Radiologist Techs, Ultrasound Techs, MRI Techs, and CT Techs

  • Day Shift: Director, Radiologist, 6-7 Techs
  • Night Shift: Charge RN, On-call team, 3-4 Techs (varies by volume)
• Patient Ratios: 1:1 or 1:2 depending on patient stability
• Equipment: All GE equipment including MRI units, scanners, cameras, X-ray, fluoroscopy
• EMR System: Meditech
• Call Requirements: 4-6 shifts per month, including on off days

Required Qualifications

• ARRT (CT) certification
• BLS certification
• Florida State Department of Health License
• Strong preference for experience with GE equipment and Meditech EMR

Typical Procedures

• CT Scans
• MRI
• Body scanning
• X-Rays
• Creating detailed images of bones, organs, and tissues for accurate assessment
