• Unit: Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

• Staffing: 36 staff members
• Shifts:

  • Day Shift: RN, LPN, CNA, Clinical Coordinator (7 days/week)
  • Night Shift: RN, LPN, CNA, Clinical Team Leads (7 nights/week)
• Patient Ratios: Typically 1:5; occasionally 1:6 during critical staffing shortages (rare)
• Equipment: Hill Rom beds, Baxter IV pumps, SCD pumps
• EMR System: Meditech

Required Qualifications

• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification
• Licenses: Registered Nurse License
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in RN specialty
• Skills Required:

  • Telemetry experience (mandatory)
• Preferred Skills:

  • Charge nurse experience
