- Number of Staff: 213
- Shift Staffing:
- Day Shift: 2 Charge RNs, 20 RNs, 2 CNAs, 1 Nursery Nurse, 1 Floor Resource
- Night Shift: 2 Charge RNs, 20 RNs, 2 CNAs, 1 Nursery Nurse, 1 Floor Resource
- Patient Ratios: 6:1 (3 couplets)
- Equipment: Alaris Pumps
- EMR Systems: Medi-Tech, CPN (Centricity Perinatal)
Required Skills & Experience
- Must Have: Couplet Care
- Preferred: Experience with GYN/APU patients
- Years of Experience Required: 1 year in specialty
Certifications Required
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
Work Schedule & Policies
- 4 weekend shifts required
- No on-call duties
- Overtime available
- Dress Code: Royal Blue scrubs
- Floating Area: GYN unit
