Number of Staff: 213
Shift Staffing:
- Day Shift: 2 Charge RNs, 20 RNs, 2 CNAs, 1 Nursery Nurse, 1 Floor Resource
- Night Shift: 2 Charge RNs, 20 RNs, 2 CNAs, 1 Nursery Nurse, 1 Floor Resource
Patient Ratios: 6:1 (3 couplets)
Equipment: Alaris Pumps
EMR Systems: Medi-Tech, CPN (Centricity Perinatal)

Required Skills & Experience

Must Have: Couplet Care
Preferred: Experience with GYN/APU patients
Years of Experience Required: 1 year in specialty

Certifications Required

NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
BLS (Basic Life Support)

Work Schedule & Policies

4 weekend shifts required
No on-call duties
Overtime available
Dress Code: Royal Blue scrubs
Floating Area: GYN unit
