Job Description

• Role: LPN / LVN in Neuro Surgical unit
• Shift: Night (7 PM - 7:30 AM)
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 48
• Call Requirements: None

Required Qualifications

• Certifications:

  • BLS
  • MO Approved IV Certification
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in inpatient Acute Care, Med Surg, and Neuro
• Patient Ratios: 1:5-6

Unit Information

• Department: Neuro Surgical
• Patient Focus: Care for patients with stroke, seizures, MS, back/head/spinal issues, and other neurological diagnoses or neurosurgery procedures.
• Equipment: FIT test required on site
• EMR: EPIC

Additional Information

• Dress Code: Black scrubs
• Personality Fit: Professional accountability and ability to coordinate patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
