Travel CT Tech Opportunity

Location: Saint Louis, Missouri
Contract Length: 16 weeks

Position Details

• Specialty: CT Tech (Radiology)
• Shift: Evenings, 5 days a week, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
• Weekend Hours: Every weekend
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Call Requirements: None (able to be on call if needed)
• Assignment Length: 16 weeks
• Float Requirements: As required by facility

Required Credentials & Experience

• Licensure: CT Registry and BLS (AHA only)
• Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years in CT Tech specialty
• Prior Travel Experience: Not explicitly required
• Preferred Certifications: Not specified

Job Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic CT scans for interpretation by radiologists or physicians.
• Assist radiologists with special CT procedures (biopsy, ablation, myelography, arthrography, etc.).
• Deliver essential patient care during procedures.
• Apply radiation safety principles.
• Organize daily schedule and serve as a dedicated resource to the CT team on shift.
• Evening shift orientation occurs on day shift; availability for the entire orientation week is required.

Work Environment

• Supports all patient areas: Inpatient (IP), Outpatient (OP), and Emergency Room (ER).
• Equipment: GE CT equipment
• EMR System: EPIC
• Dress Code: Black scrubs required

Additional Information

• Flu vaccination (or approved exemption) required for all travelers from November 1 to April 1; declinations are not accepted.
• Must be adaptable and able to work well with multiple people simultaneously.
