Location: Crown Point, Indiana
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Setting: Freestanding 40-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF)
Reason for Opening: Replacement of permanent staff

Job Details

• Start Date: April 13, 2026
• Work Schedule:

  • Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • If contract is renewed: 1 Saturday coverage per month, if able
• Facility EMR System: EPIC
• Dress Code: Caribbean Blue scrubs
• Parking: Employee parking lot at rear of building
• Floating: May be required to float to Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) in nearby location

Preferred Experience

• Acute rehabilitation experience preferred, but strong applicants with 1-2 years of physical therapy experience will be considered

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Indiana
• Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience within the last year

Additional Notes

• This is a travel assignment at a community stroke and rehabilitation center
• Position involves working in an inpatient rehab setting with stroke and rehab patients
• Replacement for permanent staff member
