Location: Alabaster, Alabama
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Specialty: Med/Surg Telemetry
Shift: Nights, 3x12 hour shifts (18:45 - 07:15)
Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed
Weekend Hours: Every other weekend
Call Requirements: None
Patient Ratio: 1:6
Unit Beds: 51
Equipment: Telemetry, IV pumps, Bipap
EMR System: EPIC
Float Requirements: Float to like units within scope, including facilities within a 25-mile radius

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Alabama
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience, including experience within the last year
Telemetry experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification

Facility is part of a faith-based hospital system with a strong reputation in cardiovascular and stroke care
Accredited Primary Stroke Center with advanced cardiovascular services
