Nuclear Med Tech - Radiology (Travel)
Location: Denton, Texas
Contract Length: 3 months
Hours per Week: 36 hours
Job Description
- Travel assignment as a Nuclear Med Tech
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- On-call period: 7/24 to 8/2
- Monday to Friday on-call hours: 4:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Saturday to Sunday on-call hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM
- Unit uses GE equipment and Meditech EMR
- Typical procedures include MUGA, Stress tests, Cardiac Perfusions, HIDA, and Bone scans
- Work environment requires reliability and ability to work independently
- Dress code: Dark gray scrubs
Required Qualifications
- Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in Texas
- Nuclear Medicine Technologist with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year
- Certification: CNMT or ARRT (Nuclear Medicine)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous hospital experience
- More than 2 years of experience in Nuclear Medicine

- No floating required
- Candidate preferred to take call during assignment
- Unit staffing includes day shift staff only; patient ratios not specified
