Valid RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist license in Texas
RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (1 year of experience)
RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist experience within the last year
Dietician Certification

Preferred Experience

Transplant or renal experience

Work Setting

Outpatient kidney clinic
Interdisciplinary transplant team environment

Key Responsibilities

Perform dietitian evaluations for patient nutritional status
Conduct frailty testing
Provide weight and lifestyle recommendations for transplant recipients and donors
Participate in patient selection committee meetings

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Additional Notes

No weekend or on-call duties
Business professional attire or dark gray scrubs
EMR familiarity: Teleresults/Meditech
