Provide nursing care on a medical/surgical unit with oncology patients
Typical procedures on unit include cholecystectomy, appendectomy, and medical management
Work independently or with one other RN; resources available on the floor but not on the unit
Outgoing personality with a "can do" attitude and strong customer service skills preferred
Confidence and independence in clinical judgment required

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
Minimum 1 year of recent experience in hospital acute care medical/surgical and telemetry nursing
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
De-escalation skills in a healthcare setting

The unit is competitive for staffing; candidates with the preferred skills will be prioritized
Schedule options include 7 PM to 7 AM shifts
The unit values staff with strong independence and excellent customer service skills
