• Department: Surgery
• Unit Beds: 10
• Staff: 50 total
• Day Shift Staffing: 10 RNs, 10-14 Scrub Techs
• Night Shift Staffing: 1 RN, 1 Scrub Tech
• Patient Ratio: 1:1
• Equipment Used: Robotic systems, Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Genitourinary, Heart, Endovascular, Laparoscopic
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Meditech

Job Requirements

• Valid RN license in Missouri
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room (OR) experience, including experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience in orthopedics, neurology, and trauma
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)

Required Certifications and Licenses

• Registered Nurse (RN) License
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
