Cardiac Cath Lab Tech

Location: Benton, Arkansas
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Weekly Hours: 40 hours
Weekend Hours: Call only (call rotation including holidays)

Job Description

Work in a 177-bed community hospital with a variety of services including cardiology and diagnostic imaging.
Team-oriented environment.
Dress code scrub color: Royal Blue.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Radiology Technologist within the last year.
Certification and Licensure:
- Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) OR
- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS).
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Additional Information

Must be located more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify as travel.
Call rotation includes holidays.
Orientation sessions are scheduled throughout the year.

Travel friendly. Night team nursing. RN has 12 patients with an LPN. If you are use to this, it may be fine, however if not, it can be overwhelming and difficult. EHR is Allscripts. Definitely not a fan, but overall experience was good.
