Registered Nurse - Med Surg Telemetry

Location: Las Cruces, New Mexico
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Work in a Joint Commission Accredited facility with Chest Pain Center (Primary PCI) and Certified Primary Stroke Center.
199-bed hospital located in Southern New Mexico with year-round sunshine and abundant outdoor recreational opportunities.
Unit: Med Surg Telemetry (MS/Tele), 6th floor (Ortho/Onc/MS).
Patient ratio: 1:6.
Electronic Health Record system: Meditech.
Shift: Varies.
Weekend hours: Every other weekend.
Call requirements: None.
Weekly guaranteed hours: 36.
Float requirements: May float to other Med Surg units as needed.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Med Surg Telemetry.
