Location: Sioux Falls, South Dakota

Contract length: 13 weeks
Hours: 36 hours per week
Shift: 12-hour day/night, true rotating
Weekends/Holidays: Every other

Required Qualifications

Valid LPN / LVN license in South Dakota
Long Term Care (1 year of experience)
Long Term Care experience within the last year
BLS

Additional Notes

No personal or medical flu declinations
Flu religious declinations will be reviewed
No prior Avera or Sanford perm employees may submit
