Travel Registered Nurse – Medical-Surgical

Location: Neenah, Wisconsin
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 12-hour nights (start time 5:30 PM)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Weekend: As needed (approximately every other to every third weekend)
Holidays: Holiday rotation as needed
Float Requirements: Float within facility and to other facilities within a 60-mile radius based on skillset
On Call/Call Back: None

Required Qualifications

• Wisconsin RN License
• AHA BLS Certification
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as an RN in Medical-Surgical specialty
• Prior travel experience required (at least 1 completed travel contract)
• EPIC charting experience within the last year

Job Details

• Unit: Medical/Surgical 5th Floor
• Patient Ratio: 1:5-6 (RN paired with LPN/CNA based on acuity)
• Primary patient cases: Medical-Surgical, COVID, pre- and post-cardiac catheterization, post-pacemaker care (required)
• Occasional pediatric patients (rare)
• Scrub color: Black
• Desired qualities: Hard worker, resilient, adaptable to change, social

Additional Information

• Orientation includes 8 hours unbillable
• GSA hours not guaranteed during orientation week
• Schedule and hours guaranteed except during holidays when unit may be closed
