Overview

• Travel assignment in Iron River, Michigan
• Primary location: hospital
• 13-week contract
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• 8-hour day shift, Monday through Friday
• Generally no weekends
• May be low censused and put on call; call-back minimum is 2 hours
• Float scope includes an outpatient clinic

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Michigan
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Master's degree in physical therapy

Preferred

• Demonstrated contract experience in colder climates for winter start dates

Clinical Setting

• Patient population includes outpatient and inpatient mix across the lifespan, from pediatrics through geriatrics
• Treats orthopedic post-op cases such as TKA, THA, and TSA, as well as outpatient neuro

• Eligible for 36 hours of low-census unbillable hours
• During flu season, travelers who decline flu and COVID vaccination must wear a mask at all times
