Location: Woodruff, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Schedule:
- 8-hour day shifts
- Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM at primary location
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM at primary location (may extend to full day depending on volume)
- Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM at secondary location
Floating:
- Heavy float between multiple sites including primary and secondary locations
- Must be willing to float to additional nearby facilities; floating may be prescheduled
No weekends or holidays required
Call: May be placed on call during low census hours with on-call pay
Charting system: Epic preferred
Patient mix: Approximately 25% inpatient, 75% outpatient
Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week
Low census policy: Eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours during contract

Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Wisconsin
Minimum 2 years of Speech Language Pathologist experience, including experience within the last year
Associate Degree or Certificate in a related field
Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings

No prior travel experience explicitly required
Orientation week not subject to GSA rules
Compliance with facility policies is mandatory; failure may result in corrective action
