• 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in North Carolina
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Education

• BSN or MSN from an accredited school of Nursing

Role Overview

• Provides direct nursing care in a hospital setting
• Coordinates and delivers patient care using the nursing process
• Works with the interdisciplinary team to support care planning, discharge planning, and continuity of care
• Supports patient and family education, assessment, and advocacy
• Participates in unit goals, performance improvement, and safe, cost-effective care
