Location: Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Staffing - Supplier Sourced

Job Description

The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment. This role involves delivering care primarily to an adult patient population. The position requires competency in cardiac telemetry care and working with a diverse patient population including those with myocardial infarction (MI), congestive heart failure (CHF), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), strokes, stable arrhythmias, and other patients needing closer cardiac monitoring and assessment.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg / Telemetry experience, with recent experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
Experience caring for patients with myocardial infarction (MI), congestive heart failure (CHF), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), strokes, stable arrhythmias, and patients requiring closer cardiac monitoring and assessment
