Job Overview

Role Details

• CT/X-ray dual-trained for an imaging center
• CT certification is required

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Iowa
• CT Technologist (1 year of experience)
• CT Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• Experience with Epic
• Iowa mandatory reporter training for child abuse and dependent adult abuse
• Background check and required background screenings within 30 days of start
• Primary source license verification within 30 days of start
• Diploma or official transcript/third-party verification of degree
• Education verification through the school or National Student Clearinghouse
• 2 supervisory references from the specialty, with at least one within the last year
• 7 years of employment history with no gaps greater than 30 days
• Unit-specific skills checklist
• Work history verification for the last 7 years
• 10-panel drug screen including THC within 30 days of start
• Annual physical or statement of health within 1 year of assignment start
• Fit test within 12 months and updated annually
• TB screening within 90 days of start
• Proof of immunity or vaccination status for measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, and tetanus/diphtheria/Tdap
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption status on file during flu season
• COVID-19 vaccination is preferred only

• Learning modules must be completed before start
• HIPAA acknowledgment is required and expires annually
