Required Qualifications

2 years of experience required
At least 1 year of travel experience required
No first-time travelers
HSAP and/or CBSPD certification required
Pending license accepted
Must meet primary source verification for state license

Work Environment / Role Details

Census: 33 days, 7 nights/weekend
Experience with Evotech (ASP) systems required
Charting preference: Epic
Special equipment includes Steris washers, ultrasonic and autoclaves, ASP low temp NX100s, and SPM instrument tracking software

Screening / Compliance

Background check required
Drug screen required
Physical exam required
TB screening required
Respiratory safety clearance required
Skills checklist required annually

Health Requirements

Tdap within 10 years of start
Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity/vaccination documentation required
Flu vaccination or declination/exemption required during flu season
COVID vaccination record required if previously vaccinated; declination or exemption required if never vaccinated

Diploma or transcript required
Photo for badge and signed facility compliance documents are required before start

Traveler friendly. Lots of staff. Busy LDRP but not insanely busy. Bend is a beautiful city with lots of things to do.
