Infusion Registered Nurse
Overview
- Location: Lansing, Michigan
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Day shift, 4x10 hours (7:30 AM–6:00 PM)
- Schedule notes: No nights, floating, or on-call shifts; every other weekend
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Michigan
- Infusion experience within the last year
- 1 year of infusion experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ONS/ONCC
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience with Epic
Preferred Qualifications
- Beacon experience
Additional Requirements
- Background screening
- Education verification
- Physical exam within 12 months of start
- N95 fit test within 12 months of start and updated annually
- Tdap within 10 years of start or declination
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 2 months of start
- Immunity or documentation for measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B
- 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
- Flu vaccination or declination, depending on start date
- Signed orientation and facility-specific documents before start
- OSHA respirator form before start
- References must be from previous employers
