Role Overview
- Travel/Contract position in Indianapolis, Indiana
- Based at a children’s hospital
- Night shift: 4x12 hours, 19:00–7:00
- Every other weekend required
- Two of three paired holidays required
- First-time travelers accepted
Required Qualifications
- Valid Pediatric Respiratory Therapist license in Indiana
- Pediatric Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
- Pediatric Respiratory Therapist (2 years of experience)
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- NBRC RRT
- Experience working with PICU patients
- Registered Respiratory Therapist experience
Preferred Qualifications
- PALS
Floating / Assignment Scope
- Home unit may be NICU, PICU, or Peds, and can be changed based on facility need
- May float to PICU, NICU, and Peds
- May also float to another hospital in the health system
Additional Notes
- Written confirmation is required before submission that the traveler is comfortable with the every other weekend requirement
