Job Opportunity: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Job Description

• LCSW required to be cross-trained on all units to work as needed.
• Floating to various units based on staffing needs.
• Variable start times between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
• Work schedule includes every other weekend.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
• Recent Licensed Clinical Social Worker experience within the last year.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).

Certifications & Licenses

• LCSW license valid in California.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• Additional certifications may be required depending on unit assignment (verify with recruiter).

Background & Compliance Requirements

• 7-year background check required within 6 months of start.
• Education verification of highest level achieved.
• Sex offender search within 90 days of start.
• FACIS Level 3 screening required within 2 weeks of start and monthly thereafter.
• Drug screening: Negative 9-panel drug screen within 6 months of start (excluding marijuana due to CA law).
• Physical exam within 1 year of start.
• TB screening and annual renewal required.
• Immunizations required: Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and seasonal flu vaccination during flu season.
• Fit mask test required annually (with some exemptions).
• Various facility-specific documents and attestations must be reviewed and signed prior to start.

Health & Safety Requirements

• Annual flu vaccination or signed declination.
• Negative TB test or chest x-ray as applicable.
• Fit testing for approved masks.
• Respiratory safety clearance prior to start.
• Compliance with all immunization and health screening requirements.

Additional Information

• Must provide a passport-style photo for badge.
• Must complete and sign facility-specific regulatory and conduct documents prior to start.
• Employment application must include full 7 years of work history with no gaps.
• Two professional references required (Aya requirement, not client).
• Unit-specific skills checklist required and must be renewed annually.
