Required Qualifications
- Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology (Interventional Radiology Tech)

- Tdap within 10 years
- 2 MMR vaccines or positive titer (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
- Hepatitis B surface antibody titer showing immunity (vaccine series alone not accepted)
- 2 Varicella vaccines or positive titer
- Flu vaccine required during flu season (medical/religious exemptions considered case-by-case)
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray per facility protocol
- Drug screening: 11-panel drug screen including MDMA within 30 days of start (valid for 2 years)
- Respirator medical clearance required only if respirator use is necessary (not typical for this role)
- Competency Exams: Required as applicable to specialty/profession
- References:
- 3 professional references required, including at least 1 supervisor/manager reference
Additional Notes
- Candidates with latex allergies will be accommodated with non-latex gloves.
- Immunization exemption forms available for medical/religious exemptions.
- New background checks required if there is a gap of more than 30 days between assignments.
- Drug screen must be a full 11-panel test; instant drug screens are not accepted.
- Flu vaccine deadline and exemption submission deadlines are strictly enforced during flu season.
